I know I’m a broken record on the importance of candidates as individuals - and Democrats as a party - breaking into voters’ Circle of TrustTM. That annoying repetition comes from my direct experience as a former federal candidate in multiple elections.
This short video may be the single best example I’ve seen of this concept in action. Kudos to AOC; more of this from every Democratic candidate. Nearly 40% of Republicans voted for me in 2 of my campaigns, mainly because I was willing to meet them in person at their doors and listen.
