I'm writing this on my phone after seeing that we just invaded another country and kidnapped their president for no real reason and without congressional authorization. Quick thoughts:
If this isn't a “get in and get out” military operation, expect a bogged down, terrible occupation.
Canada, Mexico, Denmark (Greenland) and others have to be re-evaluating their relationship with the US yet again.
I'm thinking the EU better plan on giving more money and arms to Ukraine since it's clear the US thinks acting like Russia is a good thing.
Rubio's 99-0 confirmation vote is a blot on Democrats. I have zero confidence in Dem leadership’s ability to meet this moment with the outrage and pushback it deserves. I hope I'm wrong about that.
