I’m not a stay up late for elections guy, so I’m writing this at 10 PM CT, and there’s way too much to write about. Talarico and Hinojosa are killing it. Texas was dummymandered. The Texas legislature is in play as I write this. Bobby Pulido is probably going to Congress after singing at many a quinceañera.

Adam Hamilton won Kansas. Democrats will control the Senate in 2027. The Democratic majority in the House is going to be huge.

Sherrod Brown and Amy Acton won. Wisconsin and North Carolina legislatures have flipped.

Florida was also a dummymander, even though Angie Nixon lost. Nixon is going to run again in 2028 because Moody’s win was in a special election to replace Rubio.

I’m watching the Downballot live cast and there hasn’t been one Republican flip in the House. G. Elliot Morris is doing the math and it looks like the polls underestimated Democratic strength.

The two high-water races that I mentioned the other day, CO-4 (Boebert) and Lousiana Senate aren’t fully counted, but Boebert is in trouble and New Orleans hasn’t fully reported.

I could just keep listing races, but holy shit this was a rout.
