Trump Predicts a Riot

The Trumpists seem to have gotten what they wanted: a protest where they can call out the troops and have them bust heads. Here’s a thread about the legality of the whole thing from an expert.

This is a breaking news story, and how it’s going to shake out is still up in the air. I think we all knew it was in the cards. I don’t have anything smart or wise or incisive to say about it. This is what a good part of the nation voted for, and a lot of Trump’s base will be gratified to see the browns, blacks and libs hurt by the National Guard.
