The 127 billboard

I was away and have just gotten back to attending resistance meetings here in NW Ohio - they were busy while I was gone!
A member of our resistance group owns some farm ground on a busy stretch of State Route 127. She and her husband built a billboard where they post resistance events and info. She’s asked us to pass or post these cards that she made while we’re out and about.
One can scan the barcode on the flyer to go to the 127 billboard site, which has info and links to local, state and national liberal orgs.
Monday night we had a Democratic meeting - some of the resistance group members have started coming to county Dem meetings - and while “the regulars” at a Dem meeting don’t need this info, we found out that people new to opposing Trump and the far Right do.
Betty Cracker at Balloon Juice has written about local, grass roots “marketing” efforts and while they can seem hokey (and maybe feel futile?) to old hands like us, I do think they’re effective with newly politically engaged people.
