All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
All the years of venerating these clowns, the endless “balls and strikes” and “stare decisis” confirmation hearings and 3 or 4 of them, however you want to count it, are unable to affirm the plain text of the document they’re hired to interpret.
Also, they took another swipe at trans kids, and they announced that they’re going to look at whether AR-15 bans are constitutional next session. Wonder how that one will come out?
So tell me again why regulating kids on social media is the most important agenda item for 2029?
