I am really regretting my former vocal support of this fucking guy. He'll be getting another email letter from me today because he's egregiously wrong and is being compromised by his bipartisan "friendships." Fuck all that. He used to BE a protester! I see there's gonna be one in Erie of all places. I'd be interested in the attendance there and demographic. But it's not worth the trip.
We're planning on going downtown again and see if this protest can outdraw the AOC/Bernie rally a couple of months back.

I think that is going to be a travel day for us so we may attend no protests. I have attended zero protests during the second Trump administration. As a "Wow, they are sure looking for some Middle Easterners to put in ICE detention" person, I have mixed feelings about not attending.
If they deport me to Louisiana for ICE detention, do you think they will give me beignets or no?

FWIW, the protests/rallies here in the Denver core, ain't been no Federal presence, just the problematic Denver pohlice loitering around and as skeptical as I am about them, I'll give them this, they don't seem to be focused on any nationality.
