Golf Club Trump
Can be beaten in many ways

I’m going to take Joe’s advice to ridicule and take a look at the latest stupidity from Trump:
The Trump administration wants nations to pay $1 billion to remain on the Board of Peace, Bloomberg first reported on Saturday night, citing a draft charter for the proposed group.
The Board of Peace is an international body that was endorsed by the United Nations Security Council in November 2025. The board was established to oversee the Israel-Hamas ceasefire.
U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to serve as the group’s inaugural chairman, and he will choose which members to invite, according to the draft seen by Bloomberg. While a majority vote would make decisions, the chairman would have final approval.
Member states would serve a three-year term on the board, but could secure a permanent seat by paying $1 billion cash within the first year of the charter’s start, according to the draft.
Trump’s mental model for how to treat the world is how to treat members at one of his golf clubs. Apparently there aren’t a lot of eager takers for his peace club, considering that he’s threatening to invade Greenland, his thugs are shooting innocent moms in the face on the streets of our cities, and he just kidnapped the President of Venezuela.
Anyway, let’s check in on Two-Buck Chuck, I mean five buckets Chuck Schumer, who’s got a bold plan to defeat our corrupt President and his MAGA team:
Meanwhile, Senator Schumer still refuses to embrace Zohran Mamdani, but he had no problem laughing it up with Marco Rubio last week and taking a picture with war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu. To assuage concerns that he isn’t doing enough, Schumer told The Bulwark of his “5 bucket” strategy for Dems to gain control of Congress.
1. Housing
2. “The high price of food [and] food monopolies playing a major role there.”
3. Electricity
4. “The high cost of childcare”
5. Health Care
Yep, shit’s expensive and Trump didn’t fix it like he promised. That’s a good opener for a campaign to beat MAGA. It’s not the whole shooting match.
And it’s not like Trump & co are making it harder for Democrats. You’re afraid to talk about ICE and immigrants? Thanks to ICE, you can talk about murdering innocent civilians in the streets. You’re afraid to talk about Venezuela because Maduro was a bad man? Thanks to Trump, you can talk about the stupidity of invading Greenland. Afraid to ridicule Trump over the Nobel Peace Prize stupidity? You can talk about the billion-dollar bribe that he’s asking countries to pay to join his golf club for peace.
It shouldn’t be this hard.
